I could not find any flaws throughout the entire experience. 5 stars to the exceptional customer service, shopping experience, delivery timeframe and the product itself!

few months old and making loud noise at the crank. Need to pull apart and repair but now need a crank puller tool. No repair and maintenance guide came with the bike. That would be helpful or even tutorials on this website for DIY maintenance

We bought this bike because it can be adjusted at both the saddle and handlebar - it means my husband and I can use it, change the settings to ensure its comfortable for us both, and enjoy a comfortable ride whether we prefer to sit up or lean over. It was easy to assemble, feels solid, changing the wheel resistance is easy and the ride is smooth. For a bike to use to work on our fitness, it's exactly what we need. We can keep track of all of the readings we like - distance, time, pace, cadence, without forcing us to sign up to a programme we don't want to be tied to. Buying through Gym & Fitness was also easy, we were able to try and compare other models before we chose the Vortex S7, which I am glad we did. Delivery was efficient, notifications were prompt and it was on time, which during the pandemic, was impressive!

First spin bike purchase, pretty disappointed, the left pedal kept coming off after 2 uses. I contacted with Customer Service who were great in trying to assist and sent replacement pedal, however still having the same issue, pedal still comes lose there for can feel that it is lose when riding. the seat also does not sit straight, when pedalling my right thigh rubs against the medal bit under the seat, despite not really affecting my ride, however I can still feel it.

In order for me to sit comfortably on the bike at a correct height so that there is no pain in my knee, I need a step to get on the bike.

Bike is sturdy, however the issue with the pedal is extremely frustrating.

Very happy with my purchase, easily assembled and sturdy bike.
