Highly recommended

Would recommend getting the Stage 2 at the least to open up options for heavier exercises. Can always hold off on stage 3 until you can justify needing that much weight for home.

Definitely Needed

If you're getting the Powerblocks that have the ability to expand, you kind of have to get these, otherwise what's the point?
