I cannot tell if I'm getting stronger or if the loops are getting weaker. since starting to use these, I've been able to fully squeeze the black one so that's good, I think. it does feel like the green ones gotten looser over time, but I guess that's to be expected. I've almost completely moved onto the tougher loop and I'm proud of the progress I've made with this product, very cool.

Nostalgic Item to Buy

In my case, it was the childhood memories I had with a similar loop like these when my hands were too small to fully grip it. Then as I grew up, I kept breaking the record of my squeeze repetitions by each hand. Good old days!
