Good machine, easy to use.

Tough assembly. Terrible instructions

The instruction manual that came with my machine (maybe at the moment they’re using to 90s style unrefined unedited outdated manual stock) is terrible. And wrong. The first instruction was based on an older model or something and screwed up the whole process. Confusing or missing steps.
It’s a solid machine once together, but unless you are extremely comfortable w assembly don’t get this without it being delivered done.
It wouldn’t take much to update this stuff and get it right.

I was very pleased with the customer service and time the elliptical trainer arrived.
I have been using it on a regular basis and enjoy the different training options but unfortunately the trainer is mostly noisy at some point of the workout. I was hoping for a quiet experience.
