The Olympic Dumbbell Handles from Force USA is the perfect addition to your home or studio set-up. Designed and engineered for the toughest workouts, each handle has a chrome-plated finish, comfortable, non-slip knurled grip and incredibly thick, heavy-duty bushings. The 17cm loadable sleeve length provides enough space for 40kg of weight plates on either side (dependant on weight plate thickness), so you can lift with complete confidence.

Best dumbbell handles

You can load them up pretty heavy. No need to buy so many hex dumbbells. Just buy some 5 kg and 2.5 kg cast iron plates and save yourself a lot of room.
