I use this mat five days a week. It is great quality so and far I haven’t noticed any wear and tear. The mat stays in place during workouts and is easy to wipe clean. I’m very happy with this yoga mat!

I’m loving my new Centr Yoga mat! This mat stays in place no matter where you place it and it handles my body weight never lifting one bit I was pleasantly surprised! I tend to use my mats more for squats and sit ups to work on my core and this mat has been able to keep up with me allowing my Body to be supported all while also resisting moisture unlike my other mats.
