The solid foam roller is a little less than 13 inch long has a 5 inch diameter and weighs almost 2lbs it is firm which allows it to work well using it under each of my thighs and provides an intense muscle release thanks to the varying surface pattern. I’m new to recovery as it pertains to working out. I’ve seen plenty about foam rolling over the years but hadn’t invested. This kit offers a lot of tools including the foam roller. If you’re consistently working out and want to get the most out of it I highly recommend adding this to your regimen!

Centr Recovery Kit is great for after a workout. Also great for after some heavy duty housework. I took a major project to purge my home of unwanted items especially my clothes closet and drawers. Kneeling lifting carrying and stretching continually for days has made my body sore and aching. I like the mix of items in this kit. I do not know if I will use all of them but I like having the options. The nubbies in the roller make it painful in some areas but that could be good for some people. I don’t use the balls and gave those to my toddler to play with.
