Love these!

I was never one to incorporate resistance bands into my workout routines but I absolutely love using these now! There are three different weight options for every workout level. They make exercise fun and exciting. It also came with a subscription to the Centr app for exercises which I just adored.

Excellent Quality

Love these bands. Not only do they help deliver the burn but the quality and look of these is excellent. The color palette is such a welcome change from the often bold colored bands on the market and the fabric is soft and durable. These are thicker than most other brands and I like that they provide a bit more resistance between each one. I've made these an integral part of my routine and am already feeling the impact. Excited to use more Centr fitness accessories!

These workout bands are very effective. They are.comfortable and do not roll over while using them like other bands. They are made of thick durable material that won't break easy. I love the different resistance options because it challenges me and I can use them for different workouts. Well worth the buy!

Very resistant

These fabric resistant bands come in 3 different colors. Each one has different levels of resistance. I’m still on the lighter band. It was little difficult at first but it’s getting easier to use as I use it. Hopefully I’ll be using the medium band soon.
