Great addition to my gym! Definitely watch the assembly video but I had no problem assembling it by myself.

Very happy with my purchase

For the price this machine is totally worth it. Very easy to adjust for different exercises and the tower comes with enough weight for the exercises I use it for. Assembly took a little time but the machine is rock solid after assembly. My advice is to use the assembly instructions on YouTube as the manual misses two steps. Depending on your level of lifting capability this could be a total workout machine. I am a more experienced lifter and own other equipment for my core exercises. This machine is a great for supplemental exercises for me.

Delivery was a nightmare but the equipment itself is a great addition to our home gym.

So far setting up was easy!!!!

After that...... no guide on how to use no chart instructions examples etc..... oh wait you have to subscribe to their app... and then still no access for the CENTR 1 machine. I have had to gooooogle search for instructions. I am 60 and have figured out through trial and error on how to set up the various uses. You would think this would have a basic chart included but THEY Chris Hemsworth et al... would just expect name recognition to suffice. I guess more internet searches for cable machines will have to do. NO need to add photos of the machine. Their email doesn't even work in the set up guide was returned/ rejected error.

Just got this and it’s a great addition to our gym. Fits nicely in our space and has the ability for a lot of different workouts.
