Unlike many training programs that run boot camp style of training, TFW Gladstone has a strength training component that involves lifting weights. They run on the belief that lifting weights improves body composition and physical fitness. TWG has on hand coaches ensuring you are lifting with proper technique and methods so their clients can hit personal goals. Every month they focus on a new lift and practice it each week, then at the end of the month, the client gets a chance to see how much their strength is improving.
To successfully run both functional fitness and strength style training, they required a variety of equipment. Gym and Fitness supplied commercial power racks, barbells, bumper plates, dumbbells, slam balls, wall balls and push and pull sleds with green astro turf, to allow for maximum training in the space.
