Ft2 Functional Trainer

I have had the FT2 functional trainer for approximately one month now. After having a free weights gym at home which I have used for the past 25-30 years, this unit has provided positive attributes as a comparison.
I now don't need to lift heavy plates been each set or exercise. It gives greater options to the exercises that can be done due to the multitude of pulleys available. The Smith machine provides a safety mechamian that can be easily locked on and off at the start and end f each exercise or set.
I woukd recommend this product for people at all levels of their fitness. I love it!!

One machine, every workout

Thought this machine would be good.. in reality, it's amazingly good!
Yes, it's pricey (although by far the best price through Gym&Fitness), but it's been worth every cent so far. I'm only a few weeks into it, so can't speak for the longevity of the product, but it does feel like professional quality.
Assembly... yikes! no thanks, you'll need to get this bad boy done right.
