Game Changer

When free shipping was offered by GAF, I jumped at the chance of buying this.
It is by no means the worst bit of kit I've assembled and TBH only made a mistake on one page (twice, but different mistakes), but I blame the diagram and fatigue (we were working on this early in the morning). Important note is don't tighten your nuts and bolts until the manual tells you. Slipped up once on that.
Once you have assembled your kit, you'll just have to give it a test run. It's awesome, like driving a fast car. My partner even had a go at a few exercises and gave it the thumbs up (she is reluctant to using weights). She said she could see herself using it. Recommendation in itself.
Once the initial rush had subsided it was time to get technical and put this sucker through its paces. It doesn't disappoint. If you are into body weight exercises this is a game changer. Good buy 🤩

Great machine but very little support from Centr

This machine is really great. Super quiet and light compared to stacked weight machines. My issue is that Centr doesn't support the machine. There is no list of all exercises that can be done on the machine. I requested them 3 times and they just change the subject when responding. The exercise programs that are on the Centr app. are good but there are only 5 and are pretty short. It's been many weeks and still there are no new ones.I did have a problem with one part on the new machine but they responded quickly to replace it free of charge even though I was responsible for the problem so the customer service on the machine parts has been amazing. I'm just super disappointed Centr put a machine like this out and then did not take the time to really support it. The BW1 is such a great design and idea- I hope they wake up and put more programs together and support the customers that bought it.

I was a skeptic

My wife bought this for me as a gift to get me active after a recent injury. I was pretty skeptical about the resistance being based on body weight but turns out I was wrong. Been using it mostly for leg extensions and pull-downs for my back will continue to use it.
