We want you to be happy with your purchase! That's why we provide a 14-Day Return Policy, starting from the day your order is delivered, for a specific range of our core brands.

The 14-Day Return Policy exclusively applies to Assault Fitness, Force USA, Freeform Cardio, Revel Recovery, Rep Fitness, Powerblock, VersaFit Flooring and Vortex. To arrange your return, kindly contact our friendly customer service team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

GUARANTEED SAME DAY DISPATCH

To claim your voucher, please complete the Dispatch Claim Form, and a member of our customer service team will get back to you within 2 business days.

  • Same Day Dispatch | Terms and Conditions
    • Same day begins when your order is complete with all required information and is paid in full. If you have financed your order, we require all completed documentation be returned and deposit paid before 9am (AEST QLD).
    • Business days based on warehouse trading times are Monday-Friday 8am-3:30pm (AEST QLD)
    • Dispatch time is the time taken from placing and paying for your order and having the order collected from our warehouse by the selected courier / freight company. This does not include the in-transit delivery time.
    • When your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification from either Gym and Fitness or Australian Fitness Supplies with all consignment details attached. In the case that you do not receive this email, and it may divert to junk or spam, Gym and Fitness and Australian Fitness Supplies are not liable.
    • Please note that in the case of a delay being caused through the provision of incorrect order details by the customer (eg. Incorrect delivery information), the receival of the correct details will mark the start of the dispatch period.
    • Excludes all out-of-stock, pre-sale and discontinued items, custom manufactured items, pick-up orders, international orders outside of Australia.
    • Excludes weekends, QLD and national public holidays - orders during this time will be dispatched the following business day.
    • Excludes major sales event periods such as Free Shipping, EOFY, Black Friday Boxing Day etc.

Terms & Conditions:

    • Freight and delivery costs to and from the supplier are considered separate services and will not be reimbursed.
    • This policy applies only to the purchase price of the item indicated on your proof of purchase's product line. You will still be liable for the return cost if you initially received free delivery. The item must not be damaged, misused, and should be in a condition suitable for resale. If your return does not meet this criterion, you might not be eligible for a full refund.
    • Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received in a complete, undamaged condition suitable for resale.
    • Items must be returned in original packaging and suitably packed to ensure safe arrival.
    • Items must be returned to the original place of purchase/dispatch.
    • The original proof of purchase must be presented.
    • This policy is valid only for the original purchaser.
    • Before returning the goods, you must contact Gym and Fitness to arrange a return authorisation.
    • The item must be returned with the provided paperwork or a 10% administrative fee will be charged.
    • We reserve the right to make the final decision.
    • All sales of supplements are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

SECURE PRE-ORDER STOCK WITH A 25% DEPOSIT

Did you know, you have the option to reserve any of our Pre-Order and Call to Order items by making a 25% deposit? Just consult with our knowledgeable sales team, and they will handle everything for you!

    • Deposits are refundable up until the pre-order date
    • 25% deposits must be paid upfront to a GAF sales team member
    • Deposits are not available with any finance options
    • Not available online (must be processed with a member of the sales team)
    • Goods will not be shipped until the balance payment is made
    • Only available on Pre-Order Stock and Call to Order items
    • Paying a 25% deposit will secure incoming stock on the next available shipment
