With communication at the heart of Gym and Fitness, we want to be open and transparent with all customers about the way we're tackling Cyclone Alfred and how this might affect you. This alert page is here to communicate updates on how Cyclone Alfred affects our operations while sharing some resources you might find helpful.

Our team is closely monitoring the situation and taking necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and the continuity of our services. However, due to severe weather conditions, there may be unavoidable disruptions, including:

Delays in order processing and shipping due to transport and logistics constraints.
Temporary closures of customer support services if conditions worsen.
Potential interruptions to warehouse operations depending on the cyclone’s severity

 

RECENT UPDATES

Dispatch Update - Our warehouse has been closed due to Cylcone Alfred. Any orders placed from today (from anywhere in Australia), will not be dispatched until after Cyclone Alfred passes - unless you have already received a dispatch email from us. We will provide an update via email when order dispatching resumes with expected ETA's.

COVID-19 FAQS

If you have received a shipping number for your order, you can track delivery status HERE.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email to your chosen email address from the freight company. This email will include your consignment number to track your shipping status. Please check your spam folder if you have not received your email. If you have any queries regarding the delivery time, you can contact the freight company directly. However, if they cannot help you, we will be more than happy to assist.

Where possible we have detailed an 'ETA' below the Add to Cart button on the website listing of each product. You will also find the ETA in your order confirmation email. These 'Estimated Time of Arrivals' have been provided to us by the shipping companies we use. Unfortunately due to the nature of Covid-19 and government restrictions, these ETA's do have the potential to change. We will do our best to update customers on any changes in order arrival dates and apologise for any inconveniences caused.

The 'Back in Stock' dates shown on our Pre-Order products will update as each incoming container sells out. When you place an order, you reserve stock for the shipment visible when placing your order.  

If you see a back in stock ETA update on our website after your purchase, rest assured that your stock has already been reserved. Please refer to the back in stock ETA in your confirmation email for your specific ETA date.

Yes, they are! We closely monitor any restrictions and social distancing requirements as announced by the QLD or SA governments.

You can be confident that any preordered Gym and Fitness equipment is safe to accept.

According to the Australian Government's information on the homeaffairs.gov.au website, the commercial vessels containing Gym and Fitness equipment from China undergo standard screening procedures. Because these containers are on the water for more than 14 days, these vessels do not pose a threat, having been at sea for more than the 14 day incubation period.
